- Standard – Canada Post’s Expedited parcel service
- Premium – Canada Post’s Xpresspost parcel service (other couriers can be used on an exception basis)
- Pick-Up – at our store
Customers may request other couriers and/or rush shipping – additional charges will usually be added.
Note:
Canada Post deliveries can be made to your local post office outlet. For many this is a convenience and security advantage.
Cost
- Standard Shipping
- free on orders over $150 and shipped within Canada
- a cost to ship orders under $150
- additional cost in exceptional cases eg. highly remote destinations
- Premium Shipping
- has a cost
Delivery Time
With Standard shipping in Ontario and Quebec (non-rural) it’s usually 1-3 business days. In most cases 1 business day.
Delivery times are dependant on number of factors eg. shipping method, delivery location, weather, time of year and shipper.
Shipping Boxes
We use plain brown boxes for shipping:
- for privacy, only the shipping label is on the box
- for reuse (hint: use a hair blower to warm the label and tape to remove them easily)
